Stephanie Jarjabka is Senior Director, Project Management for ICON Development Solutions US & EU,
responsible for the growth and development of global Project Management. Joining ICON in September
2003, when ICON acquired GloboMax LLC, Stephanie has held positions with increasing responsibility
including Manager of Project Analysis & Project Management, Associate Director US, and Director of
Project Management, US & EU.
Stephanie brings over 10 years experience in project and program management, including 8 years in
the drug development/CRO industry. Prior to joining ICON, Stephanie assisted in growing and
strengthening the Project Management Department including leading the Project Governance process
and establishing working procedures essential to effective project management of the entire project
life cycle (initate, plan, execute, monitor & control, close). Additionally, she oversaw drug
development programs and projects involving Product Development, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacokinetics,
CMC, and Full Clinical Program management up through Phase III.
Stephanie holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and is a certified Project Management Professional
(PMP) with advanced training in the application of project management knowledge, skills and techniques.
