Michael Fedock is the Vice President, Finance for ICON Development Solutions and is
responsible for all legal, accounting, finance, & commercial affairs globally, as well
as serves as divisional lead for mergers & acquisition activities for the division.
Mr. Fedock has over 12 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry working for
SmithKline Beecham, Rhone-Poulenc Rohr, and NovaScreen as a scientist in several
drug-discovery roles. Mr. Fedock joined GloboMax LLC in 1999 and held various positions
with increasing responsibilities in the areas of Finance, Legal/Contracts, and Proposals.
He also was actively involved with the sale of GloboMax to ICON plc in 2003. Mr. Fedock
has a BS in Biology from Drexel University and MBA from University of Baltimore.
